	This beachfront West Indian style cottage nestles into the hillside with a dramatic view over multi-textured Hart Bay and surrounding landscape. Tri-level Odessa flows to the beach - a private walkway leads to sand, coral, shells, and great snorkeling.
Every room opens onto a verandah and overlooks the water. At night you hear only the surf and the tree frogs. Remote Hart Bay beach is shared with only a few other houses across the bay.

Our Villas are rented on a weekly bases (seven nights) and for fewer nights, pro-rated during the off-season. To secure your reservation, payment in the amount of 50% of total rental is required along with a non-refundable $35 reservation and $35 security deposit (total of $70). The balance including 8% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee based on the total rental amount. Because of our strict cancellation policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler's Cancellation Insurance.
